At the new Brasserie of Corinthia Brussels, we care about the art of hospitality and we perfect every detail.
As Sommerlier, you will contribute to creating an unforgettable and elegant experience for our guests at the Brasserie “Le Petit Bon Bon”.
You will be responsible for developing an original selection of wines, liqueurs and alcohols. You will advise customers and serve wine at the table. You know the menu and work in a close collaboration with the chef.
* Creation of the wine menu for the Brasserie

Skills Required* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Fluency in English, French and Dutch (any other language is a plus)
