Your Mission:

• Be the Night Owl Maestro: As the Night Manager, you’ll oversee and supervise the activities of our Night – Front Office department, ensuring that our exceptional standards and guidelines are upheld. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will set the stage for a flawless guest experience.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction and Safety: You’ll take charge of all hotel operations during the night shift, guaranteeing the satisfaction and safety of our valued guests. Your keen eye for cleanliness and impeccable organizational skills will ensure that our products are in order and non-food orders are placed promptly.
• Captain of Communication: Briefing sessions will be your forte! You’ll keep our dedicated night staff in the loop about nighttime activities, group and VIP arrivals, special requests, and returning guests. Your exceptional communication skills will foster a cohesive and informed team.
• Guardian of Quality: You’ll maintain a professional and service-oriented environment of the highest quality at all times. Guests will be greeted with warmth and efficiency, while public areas remain impeccably clean and tidy. Your multitasking abilities will shine as you handle any situation that comes your way.
• Manager-in-Command: In the absence of the Front Office Manager, you’ll step up to the plate, handling guest complaints, problem-solving, and addressing any issues that may arise. Your natural leadership skills and solution-oriented mindset will ensure a seamless operation.
• Team Whisperer: Leading and developing our night shift team will be your pride and joy. You’ll supervise, schedule, assign tasks, provide training, and offer counseling and evaluations. Your ability to motivate and recognize our team members will be key to their success.

• Fluent in French and English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus!)
