JOB SCOPE:            

The G&E expert is responsible for handling events and room group inquiries. You inform our guests about facilities and pricings. You will handle all requests from A-Z: site visit, offers, deposits, contracts and communicate to all departments of our hotel to ensure smooth organization of events. You are all day long in contact with potential clients.

JOB OVERZICHT:  

De G&E expert is verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van event en groeps aanvragen. Je zal onze gasten informeren over de verschillende faciliteiten en prijzen. De afhandeling van A-Z van deze aanvragen valt onder het takenpakket. Je zal op een professionele manier communiceren met alle departementen van ons hotel. Met andere woorden ben je de hele dag in contact met potentiele klanten.
