For our client in Brussels, a major player in the Hospitality Industry, we are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager.

You will be supervising a team of motivated accountants and an accounting Shared Services Centre team.

Office located in Louise area Brussels.  Easy access via all public transports/car.

Responsabilities :

• Supervise Accounting A to Z of 22 compagnies (12 Operational, 6 Assets, 2 holding, 2 management)
• Control the Accounting SSC team responsible for the Virtual AP records and AR collection.
• Review the Accruals and monthly closing Journal Entries
• Bank recording control via CODA’s
• Expenses and Credit card statement records control
• Validate Preparation of payment via ISABEL system
• Prepare the monthly /Quarterly VAT Reports
• Control and Analyse the Suppliers and Customer Aging balances
• Review the monthly P/L reports and Cash flow to be presented to the CFO
• Able to prepare specific consolidation and reconciliation reports on demands
• Support External Auditors for the year and closing process
• Supervise a team of 4 accountants/controllers + 8 SSC employees
• Implement new accounting system and interfaces with other systems
• Supervise the development projects feasibility, budget and cash flow

• 5 to 10 years minimum as Accountant A-Z in (Fiduciaire or multiple companies accounting management)
• Bachelor or Master in Finance or Accounting (Belgium Accounting preferred)​
• Ability to Speak FR and EN or NL and EN

• Accounting: Winbooks, XpertM, PeopleSoft, SAP and Navision

• Full time employment contract (possibility for freelance contract)
