As the Director of Finance, you will be at the helm of the financial operations, guiding the financial strategies that support our overall business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with senior management, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive growth, optimize profitability, and ensure financial stability. Your expertise will be critical in creating and implementing financial plans, managing budgets, and overseeing financial reporting and analysis.

• A finance superstar with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• A seasoned professional with a proven track record in finance, accounting, and financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to speak French and English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
• A strategic thinker who can develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals.
• A confident leader who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
• A master of financial reporting, analysis, and budget management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
