Skills Required

  • Genuine passion and interest for events, food and hospitality
  • 3- 5 years of experience in F&B  – preferably in the Banqueting area
  • Ideally some experience in event organisation within hospitality
  • Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in French and English – Dutch is a plus

Candidate Profile

What are we looking for?

The F&B Supervisor provides customer contact and service. He/she is responsible for the sale and distribution of products for all catering services (Conferences & Events, Loui Bar, Room Service & Mini-Bar and The Library). The main focus area will however be Banqueting with a reporting line to the Banqueting Outlet Manager.

As part of the mission to coordinate and organize the department, she/he manages the teams that report to him. Specifically:

  • Maximize customer satisfaction by providing high quality service.
  • Perform all cashiering and payment activities. (Vectron)
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP standards
  • Coordinate the organization and execution of projects in the various catering areas.
  • Continuous training of the catering staff.
  • Substitute for and/or supervise food service departments other than his/her own, during absences of the supervisor of other departments.

  • You are a people’s person with a high attention to detail
  • You radiate positive vibes and positivity – that’s the only way we ‘roll’ at the Wiltcher’s
  • Changes to be foreseen/ unexpected events – no problemo, ‘flexible’ is your middle name
  • You love to work in a team and strive to collaborate in harmony with your colleagues from various departments
  • You are fluent in French and English – Dutch is a +
  • You have experience in various F&B departments – Banqueting experience would be great
