Job Description

  • Analyze : You analyze financial data and determine monthly revenue for forecasts and budgets.
  • Follow up : You closely follow hotel performance and market trends (market share, channels performance …).
  • Expertise : You are a financial expert and provide your expertise to the Management of our different properties in order to improve revenue.
  • Define : You define pricing and yielding strategy for rates, room types and segments as well as business mix and distribution strategy,
  • Implement and optimize : You make sure our analytical tools and processes are properly used to manage and analyze data.
  • Determine : You set our daily pricing strategy.
  • Communicate : You will be the first contact point for all revenue topics.

Skills Required

Candidate Profile

  • Passion : You love working with figures, have strong analytical skills and have a previous experience in a Revenue Department.
  • Multiskilled : You can multitask and you know how to prioritize.
  • Team player : You work well individually as well as part of a team.
  • Accurate : You have an eye for detail.
  • Business acumen : Strategic thinking and commercial sense are 2 qualities that fit you as a glove.
  • Communicator : You speak and write fluently in English and French; other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of software. MS Office does not have any secrets for you.  Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
