Job Description

  • Check availability of accommodation on the customer’s desired dates
  • Make reservations for customers based on their requirements and budgets
  • Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process
  • Process payments and sending confirmation details
  • Solve any issues that may arise with bookings of reservations
  • Up-sell by informing of additional services or packages
  • Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
  • Advise customers about local attractions and places of interest

Skills Required

Candidate Profile

  • Independent. You work independently and are well organised.  However, you also love to collaborate and work closely with others.
  • Positive. You have a positive attitude; you are discreet and used to handle confidential affairs.
  • Accurate. You are detailed oriented and you have excellent customer service skills
  • Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience. A first experience in the hotel sector is certainly an advantage.
  • Flexible. You adapt easily to people and situations.
