- Check availability of accommodation on the customer’s desired dates
- Make reservations for customers based on their requirements and budgets
- Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process
- Process payments and sending confirmation details
- Solve any issues that may arise with bookings of reservations
- Up-sell by informing of additional services or packages
- Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
- Advise customers about local attractions and places of interest
- Independent. You work independently and are well organised. However, you also love to collaborate and work closely with others.
- Positive. You have a positive attitude; you are discreet and used to handle confidential affairs.
- Accurate. You are detailed oriented and you have excellent customer service skills
- Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; other languages are a plus.
- Experience. A first experience in the hotel sector is certainly an advantage.
