We are currently looking for an Area MICE Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team here at Service & Support Centre.

  • Manage. You will handle client’s incentive trips, meeting, events and group requirements by checking availability, qualifying, making tailor-made proposals, conducting negotiations and concluding the business.
  • Respond.  You will respond professionally and on time to guarantee customer satisfaction and enter all inquiries, bookings, denials and cancellations into the appropriate system.
  • Liaise: You are the link between our clients and all operational departments to ensure requirements are met and revenue is maximised.
  • Work with: You collaborate with Revenue and Sales department to ensure that suitable contracts and payment plans are agreed.
  • Provide: You make sure, after sales feedback to the organization is provided.
  • Participate: You will attend client events and meetings.
  • Optimize : By upselling and grabbing opportunities, you increase revenue.

Candidate Profile

  • Team player and independent. You work independently and are well organised.  However, you also love to collaborate and work closely with others.
  • Positive. You have a positive attitude; you are discreet and used to handle confidential affairs.
  • Accurate. You pay attention to detail.
  • Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Dutch; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience. A first experience in the hotel sector is certainly an advantage.
  • Flexible. No 9-5 mentality. You adapt easily to people and situations.
