Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to join the team of our client near Brussels.
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to oversee the full operational management of a small independent 3-star property (no F&B). The role combines hands-on operations, team supervision, guest relations, and light commercial responsibilities.
This is an ideal opportunity for an autonomous, versatile manager with a strong sense of hospitality and a natural “on-the-floor” mindset.
Main Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management
- Oversee all hotel operations: front office, housekeeping, breakfast service, basic maintenance, etc.
- Ensure consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction, with a strong presence on the floor.
- Manage priorities, schedules, and unexpected situations with flexibility.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and brand standards.
Small Team Leadership
- Lead, support, and motivate a small operational team (reception, housekeeping).
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff members.
- Coordinate schedules and maintain effective communication within the team.
Administration & Financial Follow-Up
- Manage reservations, billing, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks.
- Monitor key performance indicators: occupancy, RevPAR, housekeeping costs, guest feedback…
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure operational budget control.
Commercial Development (for a sales-oriented profile)
- Develop relationships with local businesses, partners, and travel agencies.
- Implement simple but effective initiatives to boost occupancy and visibility.
- Suggest and support promotional offers, online visibility improvements, and guest loyalty actions.
Compétences
Profil du Candidat
We welcome two types of backgrounds:
Option 1 – Rooms / Operations-Oriented Profile
- Experience as Front Office Supervisor/Manager.
- Comfort working in a hands-on, multi-tasking environment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and autonomy.
Option 2 – Commercial-Oriented Profile
- Hospitality sales experience (corporate, local business accounts, agency partnerships).
- Proactive, results-driven, and strong at relationship building.
- Ability to balance commercial duties with day-to-day operations.
Key Competencies

- Practical mindset, flexibility, and versatility.
- Excellent guest interaction skills; positive and professional attitude.
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset depending on location.
- Comfortable with PMS systems and administrative basics.
