Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specializing in hospitality and restaurant profiles, is seeking a motivated and organized Meetings & Events Coordinator for one of its prestigious clients—a 5-star hotel in Brussels.

This client is renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to seminars, conferences, and corporate events, offering a unique setting for unforgettable experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MICE events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and group bookings from initial contact to completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budgets, and develop tailored proposals.
• Oversee logistical planning and execution (room setup, catering, technical requirements, vendors) with a focus on quality and detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams (reception, kitchen, technical) to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in site visits, preparatory meetings, and inspections to guarantee flawless execution.
• Manage client relationships before, during, and after events (feedback, invoicing, improvements).
• Stay updated on event industry trends and contribute creative ideas to enhance the client experience.

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in the hotel or event industry.
• Bilingual (Dutch/French) with strong English skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude and keen attention to detail.
