Job Description

As a Commis de Cuisine at the Corinthia in Brussels, you will play a vital role in the preparation of the exquisite dishes of our establishment.

With Chef Christophe Hardiquest leading this project, we need passionate professionals to create a modern and elegant experience for our guests at the Brasserie “Le Petit Bon Bon”.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Preparation of ingredients and execution of dishes, including setting up garnishes and transforming food products.

* Regular maintenance of the workstation, adhering to HACCP hygiene standards.

Candidate Profile

Experience

Proven experience as a Commis or similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.

Skills & Knowledge

* Knowledge of culinary techniques, including food preparation, plating, and banquet service.

* Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence.

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

* Familiarity with HACCP standards and a demonstrated commitment to food safety and hygiene.
