Your Mission
As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will drive revenue performance, brand strategy, and commercial success across all segments, while leading a dynamic team and representing the hotel at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Sales Leadership
- Define and execute ambitious sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key corporate, leisure, and travel industry partners
- Support the sales team with impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored client experiences
- Monitor KPIs, market trends, and sales performance to continuously optimize results
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Develop and lead innovative marketing plans aligned with the hotel’s luxury identity and business goals
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels, enhancing guest engagement and loyalty
- Oversee campaign planning, creative assets, and content strategy
PR, Communication & Reputation Management
- Drive public relations initiatives to increase brand awareness locally and internationally
- Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic stakeholders
- Manage communication strategies in sensitive or crisis situations with professionalism and proactivity
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Enhance the hotel’s digital footprint through SEO/SEM, social media, newsletters, and online advertising
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends to maximize visibility and conversion
- Collaborate with partners to strengthen distribution channels and online performance
Market Intelligence & Business Insights
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning
- Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, and Ownership to ensure full alignment
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team
- Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability
Skills Required
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, PR and Communications within the hospitality sector
- Strong background in luxury hotels or high-end lifestyle hospitality environments
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and elevate brand positioning
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, travel networks, and commercial strategies
- Solid expertise in digital marketing tools and online distribution
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree is a plus)
