Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality, is currently looking for a Junior Revenue Coordinator for one of our clients in Brussels.

We are seeking a Junior Revenue Coordinator with strong potential, who already has a first exposure to Revenue Management and a genuine interest in data analysis, figures, and the hospitality industry.

This position is aimed at a junior to intermediate profile looking to grow and structure their career alongside experienced teams, within a dynamic and international hotel environment, and in close collaboration with a Regional/Cluster Revenue Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Management team, operational departments and a RMC, you will be involved in:

• Daily performance monitoring (pick-up, pace, segmentation, distribution channels)
• Contributing to pricing strategies (transient, group, and corporate segments)
• Managing and optimizing availability and restrictions
• Analyzing market and competitor data (STR, benchmarking, etc.)
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting processes
• Working closely with Reservations, Sales, and Front Office teams
• Applying and ensuring best practices in Revenue Management on a daily basis

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A first experience or exposure to Revenue Management, for example:
  • a Reservations role with strong interaction with Revenue Management
  • an internship or junior role in Revenue Management / Revenue Analyst
  • close collaboration with an experienced Revenue Manager
• An educational background in hospitality, tourism, economics, or business management
• A strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers and Excel
• A genuine interest in operational hospitality
• A hands-on, curious profile eager to learn and develop
• A good level of English (French and/or Dutch are not mandatory)
• No visa sponsorship (EU Passport or locally available only)
